Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- In mint, unworn, and sellable condition
- Free from wrinkles, odours, perfume, stains, marks, pet hair, or any signs of wear
- Returned with original tags and packaging intact
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, simply email our support team. We’ll respond within 24 hours (including weekends) and guide you through the next steps.
Once approved:
- We will issue a return shipping label for you to attach to your parcel
- Send the item back to us using the provided label
Assessment & Processing
Once your return reaches us:
- Items are assessed for quality and safety within 24 hours
- You’ll receive an email update confirming the outcome
If approved:
- Exchanges are dispatched within 24 hours
- Refunds are initiated within 24 hours
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If your requested item is unavailable, you may choose:
- An exchange for another item
- Store credit
- A refund to your original payment method
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method
- If this is not possible, store credit will be provided instead
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
Return Shipping Costs
- Return and exchange shipping costs are paid by the customer
- Faulty or defective items are the exception
Faulty Items
If your item is faulty:
- Contact us as soon as possible
- Once received and assessed, we will:
- Dispatch a replacement, or
- Offer a refund or store credit if a replacement is unavailable
Return shipping costs for faulty items are covered by us.
