Order Processing
Once your order is placed, it will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.
Delivery Timeframes
We ship all orders via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
- Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location:
- Sydney & surrounding suburbs: Usually delivered within 1 business day after dispatch
- Other cities and states: Typically delivered within 3–4 business days after dispatch

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an Australia Post tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to follow your delivery directly through Australia Post.
